Deb Stark, Operations Manager

Deb Stark

Operations Manager

Deb is the Operations Manager at Gordon PT, responsible for managing our growing team and orchestrating an amazing experience for our clients. Deb was raised in Valley, WA, a 100-person town near Chewelah. She loves nature, and lives on a bit of land near Cheney with her husband Jason, who is a farm call butcher. Their family includes a dog, two cats, two goats, five chickens, and a hive full of honeybees. Deb also likes to perform at local venues; she plays guitar and sings a variety of songs, mostly old country music such as Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson tunes.

Serena Henry, Lead Receptionist

Serena Henry

Lead Receptionist

Serena was born in Davenport and raised in Hunter, WA. She graduated from Columbia High School and then spent 8 years working as a front desk manager at a hotel in downtown Spokane. Serena sincerely enjoys working with people, and in 2013 she was nominated for the Superior Service Award by the Inland NW Tourism Bureau. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her twin sister, Sebrena, and her 10 year-old niece Kiara.

Maria Snyder, Receptionist

Maria Snyder

Receptionist

Maria was born and raised in Spokane.  She graduated from North Central High School.  After moving to Seattle for a few years Maria returned home to raise her only child Kennedy.   Along with her daughter, Maria enjoys laughing, reading and being with family.  Maria started working on her bachelors degree in sociology and is hoping to finish in the coming years.  Maria really loves people, meeting new people, connecting with old friends, and all and all being around the people.  Above everything (excluding family and friends) Maria loves sports, specifically the Seattle Seahawks.  We are pretty sure that she bleeds green and blue and on Saturdays its purple and gold because she loves the University of Washington Huskies.  (Please don’t hold it against her)

Krista Boone, Receptionist

Krista Boone

Receptionist

Krista was born and raised in Colbert Washington where she attended Mt. Spokane High School. Throughout her teen years she traveled to Europe multiple times with her grandmother creating cherished memories.

Life became a little more simple and focused when her two children Allison and Tyler came along. Krista was fortunate enough to be a stay-at-home mom and a school volunteer while her children were little. She worked for a small family owned chocolate factory in her spare time, making chocolates (and of course taste-testing them).

Family and church are Krista’s greatest passions. It’s the little things in life that she treasures the most…game nights with her mom,  philosophical talks with her dad, going for walks in the sunshine with friends, getting to know new people and spending quality time with her children.

Oh and every game day, you can bet that Krista will be rooting loud and proud for her Kansas City Chiefs!

Kathy Ott, Billing Specialist

Kathy Ott

Billing Specialist

Kathy Ott grew up in Tekoa, Washington. After graduating from high school in 1995, she attended Benedictine College, located in Atchison Kansas and received a BA in Psychology. While attending college she worked three years with the college football team as a student athletic trainer which sparked her interest in physical therapy. After graduating from college, Kathy returned back to the northwest and settled in Spokane. Even though Kathy did not pursue a degree in physical therapy, she has worked for physical therapy offices since 1999, as a physical therapy aide, receptionist, office manager and medical biller. Kathy joined Center for Physical and Sports Therapy in December of 2009 as their medical biller.

Kathy and her husband Dan enjoy camping, road trips, church activities and spending time with their 7 year old son and 3 year old daughter. Every year Kathy takes on the personal challenge of running and training for one or two races a year.
