Our “Welcome to Yoga” Classes
If you’re ready to start yoga, our “Welcome to Yoga” class is an excellent place to start!
Here are the details:
- Our “Welcome to Yoga” class is a 4-week course designed specifically for adults and older adults who have any of or all of the concerns listed above.
- During the 4-week course, you’ll learn the foundational principles of yoga (breathing, posture, basic movements) in the comfort of a small class size (8 people max).
- You’ll also have the benefit of individualized instruction from a licensed Physical Therapist.
- These 4-week courses launch at the beginning of each month and tend to fill up quickly.
